Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Church admins are responsible for managing membership, approving members, and the conduct of their community within Moed.

Moed is offered to churches as a paid subscription. New churches begin with a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly through our payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Members of a church always use Moed for free.

You agree not to misuse Moed — including uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to harass or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your church retains ownership of the content it creates in Moed. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, display, and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the content posted within your community.

You may stop using Moed and delete your community at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, associated community data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Moed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Moed after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
